WELL DONE RICHARD!
As some of you may have already seen, or followed this journey so far – we are proud to finally announce that Richard has completed his dedicated bike ride campaign which spanned through the month of April, all in aid of raising donations and awareness for his chosen charity of Crohn’s & Colitis UK with Ride It – a charity very close to him and his family’s heart.
With an initial target of 200miles, Richard racked up a total of 319 miles!
We have been proud sponsors of Richard’s venture, and all the team have been right behind him, and cheering him on! Richard also proudly wore his branded jacket as he made his way through many miles of biking. He has ventured far and wide, including places such as Coombe Abbey, Sence Valley, Tissington, the Peak District, Staunton Harold, Staunton Reservoir, Pride Park Derby County, Elvaston Park, Merseyside Cloud Trail, Swarkestone Lock, Grace Dieu Priory, and Mount St Bernard Abbey!
We have maintained contact with Richard each day, and tracked his progression – even members of the team met him at the finish line back at our HQ for extra support!
Richard has raised a whopping £390! Considering the goal was to hit £300, it has been such an achievement to exceed this target. All donations have been very much appreciated – it has been key to supporting Richard, and this amazing charity.
