Assembly Operative
What do you do at Three Point?
I was a Project Manager at Three Point, but have recently transferred to working on the shop floor as Assembly Operative, and love it!
How long have you worked here?
I have worked at Three Point since October in 2023.
What’s the best thing about working at Three Point?
Working alongside positive people who have a wealth of experience.
Tell us something about you that nobody at work knows?
I am a black belt in Karate.
Who inspires you and why?
Sir David Attenborough, his documentaries are jaw dropping, he has brought joy to countless generations over the years from my Grandparents to my parents to myself. Wildlife documentaries aren’t the same if he isn’t narrating.
What kind of music do you like?
I like a broad genre of music from Ed Sheeran to Queen.
Can you speak any languages?
Unfortunately not. I would love to learn Spanish.
Best place you’ve ever been on holiday and why?
I would have to say Iceland with my partner. The landscape is stunning, the people are so friendly and the food is incredible.
What was your favourite subject at school?
I enjoyed both History and Science at school. I would say science slightly edged it for me as I really enjoyed the practical lessons trying not to blow anything up.
What 3 items would you take with you to a deserted island and why?
First item would be my telescope as the stars you’d see on a desert island would be incredible.
The second item would be a bottle of Toffee Vodka as its such a smooth drink and lastly, I would take a lighter to get a nice campfire going.
