Retail Activation Rollout
Launch Consulting partnered with us to bring their inaugural retail experience to life through The Discovery Stand – a bold and imaginative in-store concept that champions curiosity, creativity, and brand exploration. Our team led the activation from start to finish, overseeing every stage from concept design and development to manufacturing, print production, project management, and account stewardship.
The Discovery Stand by Launch was created to showcase emerging brands and new-to-market products – offering shoppers a curated experience unlike anything in standard retail environments.
The stand invites customers to “try something new” and “discover the brands of tomorrow” – from niche food and drink creators to wellness and lifestyle innovators. Each display features limited-availability lines, creating a sense of excitement and exclusivity for both retailers and consumers.
Our role was to manage every stage of the rollout, including:
– Design & visual development: Creating an eye-catching, adaptable unit that balances function with brand storytelling.
– Manufacture & print: Full production and print management, finishes, and branding assets.
– Project & account management: Seamless coordination from briefing to delivery, ensuring on-time rollout and brand consistency.
– Implementation: Oversight of installations across a variety of environments – from independent stores and retail chains to cafés and garden centres.

The Discovery Stand is now successfully rolled out in a variety of retail spaces nationwide, giving Launch Consulting and its brand partners a unique, first-of-its-kind retail footprint.
This activation not only delivers a visually engaging customer experience but also supports emerging brands by providing them with valuable exposure to new audiences in unexpected retail settings.
