How we made the Rollover Pizza Twist launch unmissable

This project highlights our successful partnership with Rollover to launch their innovative Pizza Twist product line, creating a high-impact brand activation at Park Garage Group Plc in Rushden.
Rollover sought to dominate the “hot food to go” sector with their new, convenient, and authentic Italian Pizza Twists. The goal was to create an unmissable presence at a high-traffic service station, driving immediate consumer interest and trial during a live launch event.

We knew we had to nail three key areas for this launch to be a success, comprising of:
– Brand visibility: To stand out in a busy retail and garage environment was crucial
– Logistics: Transforming a compact Tuk-Tuk vehicle into a fully branded, mobile pizza hub
– Efficiency: Designing, printing, and delivering high-quality POS materials under a tight turnaround and budget.

Custom Tuk-Tuk graphic wraps: We utilised the unique silhouette of a Tuk-Tuk to serve as the centrepiece of the event. With full-colour application we applied vibrant, high-tack vinyl wraps featuring the Italian flag motif and “Made in Italy” messaging to emphasize product quality.
Functional branding was apparent for each surface – from the front fender to the interior service panels – it was branded to ensure the “Rollover Pizza Twist” logo was visible from 360 degrees.

Bespoke card POS displays: To guide the customer journey from the forecourt to the counter, we developed custom-engineered cardboard strut stands and stackable POS towers. These units featured high-resolution imagery of the product to trigger appetite appeal. With durability & ease of display in mind, they were designed for quick assembly and removal. With thee “Exactly What You Knead” towers provided a flexible branding solution that could be placed exactly where footfall was highest.

Overall, the launch at Rushden Services was a resounding success, characterised by a “booming” atmosphere and high engagement. The combination of the branded Tuk-Tuk and the 3D cardboard towers created a cohesive brand environment that effectively competed with established on-site retailers.

All materials were delivered within budget and on an accelerated timeline, ensuring Rollover was ready for the event without any delays.
The “Trust in the Crust” messaging and the “In-Crust We Trust” slogan resonated with customers, making the Pizza Twist a standout choice for those seeking quality food on the move.
