Lily’s Kitchen required a high-impact, full-featured retail conference stand that could be easily transported, quickly assembled, and efficiently stored.
The challenge was to maximise brand presence, whilst working with minimal and a designate space.
We delivered a strong, visually engaging brand experience – complete with product displays and factices – within a compact footprint. Our ability to maintain professionalism with logistics and portability were critical.
With this solution, we designed a flat-packed all-in-one pop up Kiosk. We designed and produced a custom retail kiosk built for maximum operational efficiency. The entire stand was engineered to be easily manoeuvrable, and to minimize transport costs for a smaller event.
Our team simplified setup and breakdown – making it perfect for single-day and quick turnaround retail conference appearance.
Some key features and production highlight include:
– Modular kiosk structure: The core counter was designed for quick assembly. It features a removable header graphic that can easily slide in/off to quickly change the branding or remove the header entirely for lower ceiling venues.
– Themed props: We produced engaging, custom props to enhance the display, including themed Animal Cart struts and a large, eye-catching Cottage Pie card factice, ensuring the product visuals were instantly recognizable and appealing.
– Integrated storage and transport: The most efficient design element was the branded storage container positioned to the right of the display. This container served a dual purpose: it enhanced the brand presence during the show, and then, immediately after the event, it became the secure, custom storage and transport unit where all dismantled components were packed, ensuring ease of transport and protection for the next use.
