Lily's Kitchen
Animalis Trade Show Paris & The Good Food Show
Lily’s Kitchen required a flexible exhibition solution that was robust enough for international transit (launching at Animalis in Paris) and capable of adapting to the vastly different audiences, floor plans, and branding required for subsequent UK events like the Good Food Show.
The core requirement was developing a versatile, reusable system that prioritized sustainability by minimizing waste after each show.
The solution was to engineer a modular and reusable ecosystem – that can be used time and time again.
We designed and developed a fully modular trade show stand that embodied the brand’s natural, outdoor ethos while delivering maximum operational flexibility.
Our service spanned design, development, installation, de-rig, and storage, providing a complete, circular solution for Lily’s Kitchen’s exhibition needs.
A few key features and modularity perks included:
– Modular counter units: The two main counters were designed as versatile, modular units that could be configured in different formats (side-by-side, separate, angled) to perfectly suit the size and layout of any required show space – from the bespoke aisles of Animalis to the busy halls of the Good Food Show.
– Reversible shelving: The integral shelving units were designed for interchangeability, allowing them to be forward-facing or rear-facing, depending on the required customer flow or product display strategy.
– Outdoor immersion: The floor space was laid with AstroTurf flooring throughout the stand to instantly deliver a fresh, natural, outdoor feel, reflecting the brand’s commitment to natural ingredients.
This stand was engineered for multiple life cycles, reducing the client’s long-term expenditure, and reducing environmental footprint, all while ensuring a fresh appearance at every event.
We were able to execute this with the following steps:
– Reusable structure & graphics: The central pop-up back wall utilized reusable hardware, ensuring only the graphic panels needed to be updated.
– Full rebranding: For the Good Food Show, we completely changed the graphics and sorted the interchangeable units, successfully rebranding the stand from the French focus of Animalis (which required French-language visuals) to the distinct English branding and promotions required for the UK audience.
– Interchangeable branding: All shelving units were reusable, featuring interchangeable shelf strips and headers that allowed for new branding and campaign graphics to be applied for each show, ensuring a fresh look every time.
– Circular service: Our complete service includes installation, de-rig, and secure storage. Following each event, all units are retrieved, assessed, and placed into our storage inventory, ready to be recycled and sent back out for future shows, maximizing the investment and minimizing waste.
This project was a chance for us to create and showcase a sustainable and versatile design with global presence.
