Happy House Pop-up

Lily’s Kitchen required a high-impact promotional event to launch their sweet treats line, creating a “Happy House” for pets and their owners.

The challenge was two-fold: first, the complete, rapid transformation of an empty retail unit into a multi-zone, immersive experience, and second, the need for an irresistible external presence to entice customers and their dogs to visit the London location during its 3-day run.

Our solution was to deliver our end-to-end production with both internal and exterior branding.

Similar to the Treats Event we did, we were responsible for the full-service production lifecycle – from on-site audit to final removal – allowing the client’s marketing team to focus entirely on the experiential event management. Our execution transformed the space, paying close attention to both internal and external visual cues.

A few key production and execution highlights included:
Total venue transformation: We manufactured and installed all internal wall panelling, graphics, and experiential props to create the vibrant, multi-zone interior, ensuring each area was ready for dogs and their owners to enjoy.
High-impact exterior dressing: Critical to the success of this pop-up was our execution of the external store dressing. We produced and installed large-scale, high-visibility window vinyls and custom A-boards that immediately communicated the event’s fun, pet-friendly nature to passersby.
Logistics and efficiency: We managed the entire process of surveys, audits, manufacturing, printing, delivery, installation, de-rig, and clear up over the intensive three-day period, ensuring zero disruption to the busy London environment.

The Lily’s Kitchen “Happy House” successfully delivered a high-touch, short-run experiential event that maximized pet and owner interaction for the new product line. With our support we were able to execute three successful key take-aways:
Traffic generation: The compelling external branding and clear messaging successfully enticed customers to bring their dogs down to try the sweet treats, converting street traffic into high-value engagement within the store.
Experiential success: The fun, welcoming environment created a great experiential event that showcased the product line in a highly positive, memorable, and shareable way.

Seamless delivery: By handling the entire physical execution and clear-up, Three Point ensured the 3-day pop-up was launched, run, and closed down seamlessly, delivering the perfect backdrop for the client’s promotional campaign.
