Amazon Pet Fest
We partnered with Lily’s Kitchen to create a stand-out brand experience at Amazon Pet Fest London – a weekend filled with wagging tails, tasty treats, and joyful moments for pets and their humans.
Our brief was to design and deliver an immersive brand space that reflected Lily’s Kitchen’s personality and passion for proper pet food – and we delivered, from sketch to pack-down.
Amazon Pet Fest is a free, family-friendly, dog-focused festival in London celebrating the pet-owner bond, featuring activities like agility courses, Doga (dog yoga), and wellness talks by the RSPCA and James Wellbeloved. In 2025, the event was held at Weavers Fields on 13th-14th September – aiming to help stock the RSPCA’s pet food bank with a product donation from James Well-beloved for every attendee. The festival also included pet product stalls, a kids’ playground, competitions, and food and drink for both humans and dogs.
The event also showcased:
– Dog-friendly activities: Enjoy agility courses, a splash pool, and a sensory trail.
– Wellness & education: Attend Doga sessions, dog massages, and talks on pet welfare and first aid by the RSPCA and animal behaviourists.
– Family entertainment: There’s a kids’ playground with face painting and educational games, plus competitions like the Dog & Owner Lookalike Contest and Best Trick.
– Food & refreshments: Find the Amazon Fresh Café for humans, with proceeds going to the RSPCA, and complimentary puppuccinos for dogs.
– Pet product stalls: Discover and purchase products from various pet brands.
We have collaborated with Lily’s Kitchen since 2017 and continue to execute both their internal and external activations. Our goal was to showcase their space with fun, colourful and brand led campaigning that spoke to our furry friend owners – offering proper food that not only does good, but tastes good too!
We handled the entire project lifecycle, including: Creative design, Development & prototyping, Manufacture & print production, On-site installation & derig.
Every element was thoughtfully designed and custom-built to create an inviting, playful space that stood out on the festival field and stayed true to Lily’s Kitchen’s vibrant brand identity.
The activation space included a mix of functional, branded, and interactive elements:
– Freestanding backwall – A bold branded backdrop used to define the space and educate visitors.
– Deckchairs – Branded seating for pet parents to sit, relax, and enjoy the event atmosphere.
– Photo grid display – A modular photo feature for content capture and user-generated moments.
– Freestanding pack props – Oversized 3D product replicas — perfect for visual impact and social sharing.
– Tasting station – A key engagement point where furry visitors could sample Lily’s Kitchen recipes.
– A-Boards – Directional signage and promotional messaging throughout the space.
– Hay bale seating & play tunnel – Additional touches to create a warm, festival-style atmosphere.
We managed all aspects of logistics, including transport, build, and de-rig – ensuring a stress-free experience for the client and a seamless event day execution. Everything was delivered on time, fully installed, and ready for a weekend of fun.
