Giant Cups
This summer, we partnered with Harbour Park to deliver a high-impact experiential marketing activation using our custom-designed giant coffee cup factices. These oversised, mobile installations were strategically placed at key visitor entry points to attract attention, enhance social engagement, and reinforce brand presence for Harbour Park’s on-site food outlets for both Meltz Ice Cream and Harbour Kitchen.
This objective was to drive footfall and brand visibility through an eye-catching outdoor activation.
Creative concept
To celebrate peak tourist season and refresh brand visibility in a fun, Instagram-worthy way, we created two giant, mobile coffee cup props – each standing over 5 feet tall. With bold colours and playful slogans (“Coffee Lovers Here”), the designs echoed each brand’s personality:
– Meltz ice Cream: Featured ice cream cones and pastel visuals to convey a summery, family-friendly treat.
– Harbour kitchen: Emphasised a bold, ocean-inspired aesthetic reflecting the coastal theme of the restaurant.
Both props included bright pink signage toppers, ensuring clear visibility across busy outdoor spaces.
Execution & engagement
– Mobility: Each cup was mounted on a wheeled base, allowing flexible positioning around the park to suit weather, events, and visitor flow.
– Visual draw: The exaggerated size and playful design quickly became a focal point for park-goers, encouraging spontaneous photos, group selfies, and shares on social media.
– Brand awareness: Clear logos and consistent colours aligned the props directly with Meltz and Harbour Kitchen, reinforcing brand recall.
