UK & Paris Exhibition Stands
Dalian Brands – a leading private label manufacturer in the home fragrance and personal care sector wanted to work with us on their multi-show requirement.
We designed and delivered a consistent, yet adaptable exhibition stand solutions for three major international trade events.
The goal was to create standout displays that highlight their licensed product ranges – from Hello Kitty and Mr Bean, to Disney Villains and Winnie the Pooh – all whilst offering the flexibility to transport and install seamlessly across venues in the UK and France.
Our approach was to manage every aspect of the project in-house, ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution across all three exhibitions, comprising of:
Design & development
We created a modular exhibition stand concept that balanced strong brand visuals with practical product display.
Each unit was customised to reflect character-themed collections, with vibrant lighting and bold graphics to attract attention on the show floor.
Manufacturing & quality control
All units were manufactured with high-quality finishes and rigorously QC’d to ensure durability and visual consistency under the spotlight of trade show scrutiny.
Assembly to installation
Our team assembled, wrapped, and palletised each stand, providing full logistics and delivery support from our UK facility to both NEC Birmingham and Paris. Each installation was completed ahead of schedule, with on-site finesse ensuring that Dalian Brands could focus on showcasing their products, not logistics.

The outcome were 3 successful shows that involved well-executed installations by our on-site team. Our stand build was eye-catching that drew consistent footfall at the venues, and brought success to Dalian Brands.
The show spanning across UK and Europmean markets meant that the brand could tap into further consumers and raise more brand awareness.
This was a full-service collaboration that highlights how thoughtful design, and execution can make a real impact on the show floor – and beyond.
