So, we at Three Point Design have created some 30 second office exercises that you can do throughout your day from the comfort of your desk!
It is important not to continuously sit and stare at your computer screen for hours on end, these exercises can offer mini breaks away from eye strain & neck ache.
Stretching is also a great way to de-stress, so take a minute out of your busy day to stretch & reduce your stress levels.
Remember, drinking water is an important factor of a healthy diet. We should be drinking approximately 2,000ml per day, so use that as an excuse, get up, stretch your legs & refill your Three Point Water Bottle!
