Regarding the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force in May 2018, we can confirm that we do hold personal data, email addresses and business details, which are stored on our company IT systems and in some instances on hard copies held in our offices.
The data that we retain is necessary for us to provide our ongoing services and to fulfil our contractual obligations which we have with you and your company.
We will only hold and store the necessary data that you have provided, namely a contact name, site address and contact details i.e. telephone number and email addresses.
Three Point Design Ltd has a need to use this data internally for our staff and service providers, including our service deliveries. We will not however pass on any of your data or details to any other companies or third parties without express permission of the data holder, unless to fulfil our legal requirements.
This information or data will be held continually while we are a service provider and will only be retained after any contract finishes for the stipulated legislative minimum requirement, as set by the relevant Government bodies.
We maintain a Data Protection Policy, which is continually reviewed and updated, thus ensuring security of all data.
We presume therefore that you accept us holding this data and information and therefore no further action is necessary or required.
